The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting top talent by creating and promoting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial assessments and interviews, collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and implement innovations in talent attraction processes.
  • Enhancing employer branding.
  • Supporting diversity initiatives.
  • Coordinating recruitment events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies, including talent hunting and passive candidate attraction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge in ATS, preferably Greenhouse.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Employer Branding and employer brand strategies.
  • Certifications in talent management or related areas.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
