Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruiting top talent by creating and promoting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial assessments and interviews, collaborating with hiring managers.
- Managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and implement innovations in talent attraction processes.
- Enhancing employer branding.
- Supporting diversity initiatives.
- Coordinating recruitment events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies, including talent hunting and passive candidate attraction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs.
- Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments is a plus.
- Knowledge in ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Employer Branding and employer brand strategies.
- Certifications in talent management or related areas.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
