This role is responsible for driving Morningstar India's talent development agenda with a strong focus on Early Career, High Potential, and Emerging Leader populations. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and global counterparts to design and deliver structured development programs, enable career progression, and ensure a consistent, inclusive, and future‑ready talent pipeline aligned to business and organizational strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Design and drive the talent development strategy for India, aligned to business and organizational priorities, and translate it into a clear roadmap and development framework across career stages.
- Provide end‑to‑end program support for Early Career programs in India and high potential programs across levels ensuring effective onboarding, development journeys, learning interventions, and career progression.
- Enable development through capability academies, field visits, quarterly learning initiatives for Early Career talent, and leadership workshops, including delivery or facilitation of key trainings
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business teams to create meaningful opportunities for high potential talent while maintaining consistency and governance in talent movement across programs.
- Manage internship and other career programs for assigned business teams, including demand discovery, execution, development support, and integration into broader early talent pipelines.
- Facilitate orientation for new hires and support local and global onboarding processes across the employee talent lifecycle, acting as an HR representative for high‑potential and early career populations.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of development programs, continuously improve learning impact, and stay current on market trends in learning tools and practices (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, AI‑enabled learning).
- Collaborate closely with global program managers, HR leaders, data leaders, and the DEI team to ensure consistent application of competency frameworks and an inclusive, supportive environment for diverse talent to thrive.
