Reimagining the infrastructure of cancer care.
The Role
Reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care within a community that values integrity, inspires growth, and is uniquely positioned to create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem.
We're looking for a Talent and Employee Engagement Associate to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll report directly to our Head of Talent and Employee Engagement (TEE), supporting the planning and execution of a wide range of high-visibility people initiatives. The Talent and Employee Engagement team leads programs across several core focus areas-talent management, learning and development (L&D), inclusion and belonging (I&B), and employee experience-all designed to support employee growth and engagement across the company. You'll work closely with each member of the TEE team to help coordinate and deliver these initiatives, providing essential programmatic and project management support across the team's work. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Team Coordination and Operations: Partner with TEE team leads to coordinate and project manage the operational details that support the team's work across all of our core focus areas-talent management, L&D, I&B, and employee experience. This includes calendaring, documentation (e.g., People Hub articles), participant and vendor coordination, budget tracking, and internal communications.
  • Company-Wide Programs: Lead the execution of critical company-wide programs including compliance training, Day 1 onboarding facilitation, and employee recognition programs such as peer bonuses, values awards, employee anniversaries, and company swag distribution.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Partner closely with our Office Operations team to plan and execute in-person events in the NY office, including Employee Resource Group events, company-wide mission-aligned programming, and annual all-employee Midyear Meetups
  • Systems & Program Analytics: Support the configuration and administration of key team systems by conducting testing, quality checks, and reporting and analyses. This includes systems supporting initiatives such as our annual engagement survey, performance management processes, and our learning management system (LMS).
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with leaders and teams across the organization, building strong working relationships to support the successful delivery of shared goals within all of our people initiatives.

Who You Are
You're a highly organized and detail-oriented collaborator with a genuine passion for working across our team's core focus areas-talent management, L&D, I&B, and employee experience. You enjoy working on multiple projects at once and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve. You're proactive, curious, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen. Above all, you're a thoughtful teammate who values candid feedback, strong relationships, and the opportunity to build an inclusive employee experience for a highly mission-driven organization.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a People role or a related position with a focus on program coordination, project management, administration, or operations
  • You have an interest in and passion for the talent space and specifically our team's core focus areas-talent management, L&D, I&B, and employee experience
  • You care deeply about creating an inclusive employee experience and supporting initiatives that strengthen engagement and belonging across the organization
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
  • You are proactive and resourceful, with a self-starter mindset and a willingness to jump in, solve problems, and learn quickly
  • You are a professional and thoughtful communicator who can represent the team effectively while supporting high-visibility, high-impact initiatives

Extra Credit
  • You've done People work in the tech space before, with a specialty in one or more of our team's core focus areas (talent management, L&D, I&B, and/or employee experience)

Where you'll work
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and 3 office days set by you and your team. For more information on our approach to hybrid work, please visit the how we work website.
