Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Talent Analyst to support Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition through effective administration of talent systems and data analytics. This role will be instrumental in managing Workday and SuccessFactors workflows, generating insights from talent data, and enabling seamless execution of talent processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, comfort with HR technologies, and a passion for enabling data-driven talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Systems Administration
· Maintain and update talent-related data in Workday and SuccessFactors, including talent profiles, succession plans, and development records.
· Support system workflows for talent reviews, 9-box placements, and internal mobility tracking.
· Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HRIS or IT teams to ensure smooth functionality.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across platforms.
2. Learning & Development (L&D) Support
· Administer L&D programs and track participation, completions, and feedback through talent systems.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support learning delivery.
· Maintain learning records and generate reports on engagement and effectiveness.
3. Talent Acquisition Support
· Collect, clean, and validate Talent Acquisition data from Workday.
· Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports on hiring metrics.
· Analyze hiring trends to deliver actionable insights.
4. Reporting & Analytics
· Build and run reports on talent metrics such as promotions, turnover, development activity, and internal movement.
· Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to deliver actionable insights that inform talent strategies.
· Support dashboard creation and data visualization efforts using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in talent operations, systems administration and talent analytics.
· Hands-on experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors preferred; candidates without direct experience must demonstrate strong systems aptitude and eagerness to learn.
· Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
· Familiarity with talent review frameworks and succession planning.
· Exposure to L&D program design and LMS administration
