for end-to-end hiring process and fulfill talent requirement of the

existing job descriptions and re-aligning them according to the needs of

providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the job
requirements
- Determine
selection criteria for candidates by liaising with line managers
- Source
applicants through professional online channels. Identify and refine
down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan
interview and selection procedures, including screening calls,
assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess
candidates’ information, including CVs, portfolios, and references
- Organize and
attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate
pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human
resources management
- 5+ years of experience as a Talent
Acquisition
- Familiar with social media, CV databases,
and professional networks
- Full-cycle recruiting using various
interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
(ATS)
- Proficiency in documenting processes and
keeping up with industry trends
