Leads clinical operations across traveling home health and hospice branches. Oversees nursing and interdisciplinary staff, patient referrals, care assignments, documentation, compliance, staffing, quality initiatives, payer requirements, and delivery of safe patient services. Requires an accredited nursing degree, at least three years of relevant registered nursing and leadership experience, and active RN licensure in all assigned travel-region states.
