We are looking for a TA SME to lead emerging talent hiring strategy and drive high-impact Talent Acquisition initiatives at Ericsson Global India.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end university recruitment lifecycle, build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, and drive effective talent identification, assessment, and onboarding strategies that strengthen Ericsson's emerging talent pipeline. You will also lead cross-functional TA projects focused on hiring excellence, talent mobility, capability building, and future talent readiness.
Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition - EGI, you will collaborate with People Business Partners, TA Delivery, TA Operations, Talent Marketing, and TA Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable talent solutions aligned with business priorities.

Emerging Talent Program
• Lead end-to-end campus hiring for EGI, including workforce planning, hiring demand consolidation, assessment execution, offer management, and onboarding readiness.• Develop and manage strategic relationships with Training & Placement (T&P) teams and university stakeholders to enable efficient hiring execution and fulfilment of business talent requirements.• Build sustainable emerging talent pipelines aligned to business skill requirements, workforce plans, and future capability needs.• Partner with business leaders, People Business Partners, and TA stakeholders to translate hiring demand into effective campus hiring strategies and recruitment outcomes.• Drive talent identification and selection through robust assessment approaches, ensuring quality, diversity, and business-fit hiring outcomes.• Monitor campus hiring performance, track key metrics, identify risks, and implement actions to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate conversion.• Support employer branding and university engagement initiatives by providing hiring insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment requirements.
Strategic TA Projects
• Drive TA initiatives that advance EGI's people agenda, including internal mobility, recruiter capability development, hiring excellence, talent intelligence, and other business-critical workforce priorities.• Program manage cross-functional initiatives involving PBP, TA Delivery, TA Operations, TA Enablement, Talent Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive successful implementation and adoption.• Translate business challenges and talent priorities into actionable project plans, ensuring measurable outcomes and stakeholder alignment.• Leverage analytics and talent insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and recommend interventions that improve hiring and talent outcomes.• Create high-quality leadership presentations, dashboards, and reports to support strategic discussions, decision-making, and organization-wide communication.
To be successful in the role you must have
- MBA or equivalent qualification in HR.
- 6-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience with significant hands-on exposure to campus hiring and early talent programs.
- Proven experience managing university relationships and engaging with T&P stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and present to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

- Good understanding of project management in a dynamic, fast-changing organizational environment.
