  • Conduct market research on talent availability, industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and emerging hiring risks

  • Use data and analytics to monitor funnel metrics and provide insights to guide staffing decisions

  • Drive adoption and training on TA technologies, while identifying opportunities for automation and improved workflows

  • Drive project execution within a matrixed organization and holding TA teams accountable to timelines and deliverables

  • Manage project plans, budgets and vendor/procurement processes

  • Design, implement, and improve organizational Enablement Programs that support training, upskilling, and improved candidate and hiring manager experiences

  • Deliver communications to improve organizational transparency and awareness of ongoing initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 7–10 years of experience in HR operations, people analytics, or related analytical functions
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights

    • Exceptional communication, consulting, and stakeholder influence skills
    • Hands-on experience building and delivering data-driven insights, including developing dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI; advanced proficiency in Excel required
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling storytelling and business recommendations
    • Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, with a strong problem-solving mindset
    • Experience designing and building reporting structures and executive-ready materials using Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
