My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is currently looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join our growing team as a Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for hourly retail roles (e.g., sales associates, key holders, assistant managers, store support)
- Partner with store and district leaders to forecast staffing needs and prioritize urgent openings
- Build and maintain strong pipelines using job boards, referrals, local outreach, hiring events, walk-ins, and community partnerships
- Conduct high-throughput screening (phone screens/text outreach) focused on availability, reliability, and role fit
- Coordinate interviews across multiple locations; ensure timely feedback and fast decision-making
- Drive offers and pre-employment steps (background checks, paperwork, start-date coordination)
- Maintain accurate ATS records, requisition status, and hiring activity; ensure data integrity
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, aging requisitions, funnel conversion, source effectiveness)
- Support open interview days, hiring fairs, and seasonal ramp-ups; help create repeatable hiring playbooks
- Ensure consistent, fair, and compliant hiring practices in line with policy and applicable labor laws
- Provide an excellent candidate experience with clear communication and follow-through
- 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally high-volume and/or hourly hiring
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and high candidate volume simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer-service skills (phone, text, email, and in-person)
- Experience using an ATS to manage pipelines, postings, and reporting
- Highly organized with strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak hiring periods (occasional evenings/weekends for hiring events)
- In-house retail recruiting experience supporting multiple locations
- Experience running hiring events/open interviews and community-based recruiting
- Familiarity with background check and hourly onboarding workflows
- Bilingual skills (where applicable)
- Fast-paced execution with high attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building with store leaders and candidates
- Confident, professional phone presence and candidate outreach
- Data-driven and process-oriented; comfortable with metrics and dashboards
- Adaptable and solutions-focused during seasonal spikes
- Hourly roles are filled quickly with strong, reliable hires
- Hiring managers have visibility into pipelines and feel supported
- Candidates experience timely communication and an efficient process
- Hiring practices remain consistent and compliant across locations
- On-site in office (no remote/hybrid)
