Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 month fixed term)
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of the APAC labor market, excellent communication skills, and experience recruiting across a variety of roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networking channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
RequirementsQualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting within the APAC market; experience in BPO, technology, or corporate environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, including ADP.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices.
- Experience with high-volume hiring and recruitment campaigns.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and recruitment analytics skills.
