To support its growth plan, Objectway is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Milan office. This role will contribute strategically to attracting and selecting top talent, supporting organizational development in a highly innovative and competitive environment characterized by a strong demand for digital skills.
The resource, who will join the People & Organisation team, will be responsible for:
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end recruiting) for tech, digital, and business roles
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies
- Activate effective sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, networking)
- Conduct screening, interviews, and structured assessments
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the company’s employer brand
- Support the development and promotion of employer branding initiatives (events, social media, universities)
- Monitor recruiting KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, pipeline) and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners in onboarding processes.
Required Skills:
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Economics, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Fintech, Tech, or startup environments
- Experience recruiting IT/Digital profiles (e.g., software engineers, data roles, product roles)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Good command of English (B2/C1 level)
Personal profile:
- Experience in international or scale-up environments
- Knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Lever)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and proactivity.
- Aptitude for problem-solving.
- Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal, communication skills.
