Configure and implement Objectway portfolio and CRM software, migrate data into SQL Server, write and optimize T-SQL, produce SQL/SQL Reporting reports, test releases, tune SQL Server performance, and collaborate with functional consultants to meet client requirements.

Manage complex ICT projects end-to-end: plan scope, schedules, budgets; provide technical oversight; coordinate resources and vendors; manage stakeholders, risks, quality, testing, go-live and closure to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech, digital, and business roles: partner with hiring managers, source via LinkedIn/job boards/headhunting, screen and interview candidates, monitor recruiting KPIs, support employer branding and onboarding.

Lead product delivery for digital wealth management platforms: define roadmap, translate initiatives into epics and user stories, prioritize backlog, engage clients, support implementations, mentor analysts/product owners, and coordinate cross-team work to ensure product-market fit and value realization.

Execute system testing for eXimius Back Office Wealth Management and Stock Broking applications within an Agile/Scrum environment. Create test plans, estimate work, perform solution and system testing, manage defects, and engage with clients. Participate in CI/configuration management and use JIRA for issue tracking.

Translate complex financial planning logic (cash flow, tax, investments, retirement) into developer-ready requirements by analyzing Excel models, documenting data and calculation flows, working with product, developers and QA, validating outputs, and contributing to scalable, usable UX/UI designs in an agile team.

Lead and define test strategy, automation frameworks, and CI/CD quality gates across web (Angular/TypeScript/Java) and native mobile (iOS/Android). Coach squads, run Three Amigos, design regression and release checklists, own mobile device/OS coverage, and improve testing workflows and defect management to ensure high-quality fintech software delivery.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN/cloud networks and security. Troubleshoot complex network issues, optimize performance, produce documentation, lead and mentor junior engineers, and evaluate new networking technologies to ensure high availability and security.

Act as product owner/SME for wealth management software: gather and translate business requirements, manage backlog and user stories, support implementations, liaise with customers, work with development and QA through full SDLC, monitor regulatory impacts and customer adoption, and participate in presales activities.

Provide client-facing consultancy and implementation support for the Wealth in One SaaS platform. Lead onboarding, configuration, data mapping for PMS, post-implementation support, and collaborate with technical teams to align software with front-office requirements. Deliver training, monitor adoption, and report on customer satisfaction.
