Translate complex financial planning logic (cash flow, tax, investments, retirement) into developer-ready requirements by analyzing Excel models, documenting data and calculation flows, working with product, developers and QA, validating outputs, and contributing to scalable, usable UX/UI designs in an agile team.

Lead product delivery for digital wealth management platforms: define roadmap, translate initiatives into epics and user stories, prioritize backlog, engage clients, support implementations, mentor analysts/product owners, and coordinate cross-team work to ensure product-market fit and value realization.

Manage complex ICT projects end-to-end: plan scope, schedules, budgets; provide technical oversight; coordinate resources and vendors; manage stakeholders, risks, quality, testing, go-live and closure to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Join the SW Development & Delivery team to design, implement and maintain test plans and automated test frameworks. Act as QA in scrum: create test data, automated backend/API/frontend scenarios, update documentation, and manage issues in Team Foundation Server to ensure high-quality web-based software.

Develop, test, support and deploy the eXimius Back Office Wealth Management application. Analyze client specifications, estimate and build software changes, manage defects, respond to support tickets, assist customers, perform system administration, and participate in Scrum and UAT activities.

Configure and implement Objectway portfolio and CRM software, migrate data into SQL Server, write and optimize T-SQL, produce SQL/SQL Reporting reports, test releases, tune SQL Server performance, and collaborate with functional consultants to meet client requirements.

Drive revenue growth and client retention for assigned wealth-management accounts by developing account plans, managing renewals, upsells/cross-sells, negotiating contracts, owning pipeline, coordinating internal teams, and building senior client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term expansion.

Lead and define test strategy, automation frameworks, and CI/CD quality gates across web (Angular/TypeScript/Java) and native mobile (iOS/Android). Coach squads, run Three Amigos, design regression and release checklists, own mobile device/OS coverage, and improve testing workflows and defect management to ensure high-quality fintech software delivery.

Execute system testing for eXimius Back Office Wealth Management and Stock Broking applications within an Agile/Scrum environment. Create test plans, estimate work, perform solution and system testing, manage defects, and engage with clients. Participate in CI/configuration management and use JIRA for issue tracking.
