Job Description – Telecom Recruiter We are seeking a Telecom Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across telecom, fiber, construction, and infrastructure projects in the U.S. This role is critical to scaling operations with skilled trades and technical talent.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience recruiting within the telecom industry and be comfortable working with blue-collar, field-based profiles in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for telecom and infrastructure roles across the U.S. Recruit field and technical profiles, including: Fiber Technicians, Splicers, Telecom Installers, CDL Drivers, Equipment Operators, Field Crews, Project Managers, and Foremen. Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook groups, direct outreach, and competitor mapping. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical experience, communication skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external sourcing partners. Submit high-quality, pre-screened candidates with clear recommendations. Maintain accurate pipelines and consistent activity tracking. Required Experience & Qualifications Mandatory Telecom Experience (Non-negotiable) Proven experience recruiting within the telecom industry is required. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience recruiting for at least 4 of the following core roles: fiber technicians directional drillers, Drill Operators (Operational Drillers) CDL Drivers Aerial linemen Telecom Project Managers and/or Foremen Candidates without telecom recruiting experience will not be considered, regardless of overall recruiting background.
Experience Level Minimum 6+ months of telecom, fiber, or infrastructure recruiting experience. Strong exposure to field-based and skilled trades roles. Experience working in high-volume or operations-driven environments. Additional Mandatory Requirements Advanced English level (C1 or higher) – strong verbal communication is essential. Comfortable interacting with U.S.-based candidates (client located in Wisconsin). Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the recruiting process
