The Talent Acquisition Specialist will utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and networks to grow a diverse pipeline of candidates, while identifying process improvements to enhance the recruiting process. Responsible for full circle recruiting processing. Must be able to communicate to the leadership of the various Preventive Measures organization and the HR team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Finding, engaging, and activating passive candidates via sourcing methods
• Responsible for job posting and advertisement processes
• Screening resumes and interviewing candidates from both active and markets to determine fit
• Facilitating interview process with management
• Will be back up and cross train to cover other talent initiatives as they arise
• Regularly tracking pipeline, priorities
• Responsible for maintaining salary reviews and compensation charting
• Responsible for credentialing compliance communication and tracking.
• Responsible to seek out and represent at Job Fairs
• Responsible for maintaining talent, hiring, onboarding, and processing in ADP
• Conduct exit interviews
• Other duties as needed

Education/Experience:
• Associates degree and above.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or related fields.
