The Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment: screen resumes, fill vacancies within KPIs, source and attract tech talent via social media and sourcing tools, run interviews and exit interviews, maintain reports, update job descriptions and org charts, represent company at hiring events, and advise on retention and organizational structure.

- Monitor incoming resumes through different sources, screening & classify the CVs according to Specialization, Experience, etc.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant
- +3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Experience with Hiring Tech/IT Positions.
- Start-up experience preferred.
- Very Good / Excellent command of English.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing tools and platforms
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods. - Hands-on experience in attracting top talent using social media marketing and other creative channels and techniques.
- Ability to multitask with a focus on time and quality.
- Good reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint...etc.) effectively.
