About The Role

Reporting to Senior Manager, People & Talent you will deliver end-to-end talent acquisition outcomes for APAC by attracting, sourcing, and securing high-quality talent aligned to business needs and workforce strategy. You will partner with leaders to proactively identify talent needs, build strong pipelines, and provide expert advice on hiring approaches and market trends.


You will own and manage recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding and offboarding processes and support the broader People & Talent function by embedding consistent, compliant, and high-quality hiring and employee lifecycle practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment delivery, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs, sourcing strategies, and timelines
  • Source, assess and select high-quality candidates using proactive and direct sourcing approaches
  • Build talent pipelines and support future workforce and succession planning
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations
  • Deliver a positive and efficient candidate and onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment processes, documentation, and system records
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, compliance, and offboarding
  • Provide talent advisory support to employees, enabling professional development and career growth
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, governance, and compliance requirements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform hiring decisions

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, managing multiple roles across diverse business areas
  • Proven capability in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and building talent pipelines
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective hiring outcomes
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Skilled in candidate assessment, relationship building, and delivering a positive candidate experience
  • High level of organisation, accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR systems
  • Commercial awareness of market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • Experience supporting employee development, including career pathways and capability growth
