Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire top-tier technical talent across multiple regions. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers and contributing to the growth of our global teams.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience in technical recruitment, along with a strong understanding of the Hi-Tech landscape and international hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of technical roles across the EU, Ukraine, and the Philippines
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage candidates
  • Strengthen relationships with potential candidates and actively promote Fluent Trade’s employer brand
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the Hi-Tech sector
  • Proven track record of sourcing candidates across the EU, Ukraine, and APAC regions
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
