Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and vendors
- Screening and review of profiles from multiple sources and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate data and tracking in ATS/Workday
- Support Offer roll outs, candidate engagement and fulfil hiring requirements
- Coordinate pre‑joining and onboarding formalities
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required
- Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or MBA
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience hiring technical roles in automotive domain is preferred
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Hands‑on experience with ATS (Workday preferred)
- Good sourcing and screening capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Data‑driven approach to hiring metrics
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
- Experience with vendor and campus hiring
