This is high‑volume, high‑impact recruitment that directly supports safe, thriving, welcoming village communities across Western Australia. This pod recruits a trades and technical workforce, including HSQE Advisors, Facilities, & Site Administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lift capability across your recruitment pod to support consistency, collaboration, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to shape informed hiring decisions.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely follow-ups, and proactive support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, video interviews, offer negotiation, contract creation, and handover to onboarding.
- Build and maintain warm talent pools for high-volume technical and trades roles and contribute to meaningful reporting, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to legislation, policies, standards, and budget expectations across all recruitment activity.
Key Competencies & Experience
- Proven experience managing the recruitment process, ideally in high-volume or FIFO environments.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting HSQE roles at various levels, Facilities staff, Trades and Site Administrators is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where speed and quality are equally important.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to disciplined process management.
- Confidence using ATS platforms and recruitment dashboards.
- Adaptability, resilience, and ability to help others when required.
