Exciting news! With CloudTalk's successful completion of a €28m Series B investment round, our People team is searching for it’s new TA Specialist to support CloudTalk’s growth.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us hire top individual contributors and lower level management roles globally across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Support, Success, Finance, and People.

You’ll hire for roles that are:

  • 🌍 Fully remote
  • 🏢 Office-based in Toronto, Barcelona, Prague, or Bratislava
  • Or hybrid, depending on the team

What You will Work On:
  • Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
  • Actively source and build pipelines (we don’t rely only on inbound)
  • Manage inbound pipelines and maintain strong funnel health
  • Conduct structured interviews and ensure high-quality hiring decisions
  • Provide market insights and keep processes moving efficiently
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives such attending meetups, providing insights for blogposts or writing punchy Linkedin posts
  • Build strong partnership with Hiring Managers - you’ll advise, challenge and influence
  • You’ll independently own Individual Contributor-level roles and lower Management roles across across Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, Finance, and People.

→ You’ll be accountable for both time-to-fill and hiring quality.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
    • Years of experience are indicative, not definitive. If you believe you have the skills and drive, we encourage you to apply.
  • Proven experience hiring internationally, mainly for Sales roles
  • Strong sourcing mindset and confidence in outbound recruitment
  • Comfortable working across international markets
  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • Collaborative
  • Curious, driven, and commercially aware
  • SaaS experience is a big plus!

  • You’re not afraid to experiment with new tools, sourcing techniques, or automation, and introduce them to the team
