We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions, including support for new international IT Hubs. This role involves sourcing top talent, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What does the job look like?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to:
- Design and update job descriptions with line managers; standardize roles across offices.
- Source local and international candidates via job boards, social media, and agencies.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess fitness.
- Promote open roles and support employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure strong candidate communication.
- Support onboarding/offboarding in line with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Manage agency relationships and vendor contracts.
- Lead executive searches and headhunts for senior roles.
- Drive recruitment strategies for international IT hub expansions.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- 3+ years of experience in end-of-end recruitment, ideally in FX, IT, or Gaming industries.
- Experience in hiring for Business Development, Marketing, and IT rolesacross multiple regions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities across regions.
