What does the job look like?
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer / TA Coordinator will have the opportunity to:
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and other channels
- Screen applications and support initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support job postings
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on open roles
- Proactively support pipeline building and identify potential candidates
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
- Strong communication, coordination, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities across regions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is considered an big advantage
