Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: £40,000 plus up to 10% bonus
Location: Chandlers Ford/Remote – 2 days onsite in head office
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for an immediate start, to join our in-house TA team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract, with the potential to be extended or go perm.
This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact by supporting hiring managers, ensuring we meet resource requirements across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including Customer Service, Operations, and Support functions.
- Develop and execute innovative attraction strategies to source top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct interviews and assessment centres, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we’re always ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide market insights, recruitment best practices, and proactive solutions to hiring challenges.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, successfully filling multiple vacancies across varied role types and levels.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple channels to attract and engage top talent.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- Experience using assessment tools to evaluate candidates. Level A & B testing accreditation would be advantageous.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
