Join Aerones — a world leader in robotics for wind turbine maintenance and inspection. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find, evaluate, and onboard top talent across a range of roles.
This is a 1.5-year temporary role with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
- Screen candidate applications and assess them against role-specific criteria.
- Plan, organize, and document job interviews, as well as summarize selection results and ensure timely communication to candidates.
- Participate in employee onboarding process
- Collaborate closely with team managers to ensure recruitment efforts align with department needs and timelines.
- Support broader HR initiatives and assist with other personnel-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, experience working with high volume of candidates is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills — you’re comfortable juggling many candidates and tasks at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're confident speaking with people at all levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools is a plus.
- Fluency in Latvian and good working knowledge of English.
