The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across all job levels and functions across the globe, with a primary focus on the U.S. This role requires a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and possesses strong search skills to source passive candidates for niche and leadership roles.

This role is based in at the headquarters in Houston, TX and will be in the office 4 days per week. Reports to Global Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across various departments and seniority levels, from entry-level to executive.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders globally to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize direct sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent, including passive candidates.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, ensuring a professional and engaging process.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and offer discussions in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about talent trends, labor markets, and competitor activity in key regions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a staffing agency or executive search firm.
  • Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
