About the RoleWe’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and help us attract, engage, and hire the best talent across our international teams.
In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of positions, from Tech (Engineering, Product, Data) to GTM (Marketing, Sales, CX, Operations).
You’ll work closely with hiring managers, drive creative sourcing strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end recruitment for global roles across Tech and GTM functions. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews, assessing both technical and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and drive decision-making.
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent via LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and professional communities.
- Maintain and continuously improve our ATS, ensuring data accuracy and efficient hiring processes.
- Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools and recruitment automation to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, global tech environment.
- A black belt ninja - able to balance quality and delivery to ensure our ambitious recruitment goals for H1 2026
- Proven experience hiring across technical and GTM roles in Israel and global.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and talent mapping through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and agencies.
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining an ATS - experience with Greenhouse is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Familiarity with AI-based sourcing tools and data-driven recruitment — an advantage.
