Job Summary:
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a permanent position in PH.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source potential candidates through online channels.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition Specialist or closely related roles.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
