We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts during this period of rapid growth. You'll play a key role in developing innovative sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and enhancing our employer brand to attract top-tier candidates across multiple functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Hiring: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain networks of passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
  • Employer Branding: Help shape and promote our EVP through various channels.
  • Process Optimization: Implement data-driven improvements to our recruitment workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends and best practices.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
  • Сonversational English level.
  • Strong expertise in Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with ATS systems (Workable, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
