Your mission

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Daos Hub, you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic business partner. Your mission is to identify high-impact talent that shapes our future. From rare profiles to creative leads, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and craft recruitment strategies that fuel growth. You’ll lead the hiring process end-to-end, bring market insight into every conversation, and help define the DNA of Daos Hub’s team.

Your First 90 Days: Impact roadmap

  • 0–30 Days
  • Deep-dive into our team structure, hiring needs, and recruitment pipeline. Build relationships with hiring managers and audit current processes.
  • 31–60 Days
  • Take ownership of active roles, from brief to close. Begin advising managers on hiring strategy, market trends, and candidate evaluation.
  • 61–90 Days
  • Lead strategic searches, and support hiring needs across functions. Start building scalable talent acquisition practices.

    Successfully close 5–8 roles within the first 90 days, depending on profile complexity and business priority.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct market research to inform hiring strategy and compensation benchmarks.
  • Lead candidate sourcing through creative and data-driven methods.
  • Assess candidates' skills and cultural fit through structured interviews.
  • Offer guidance and training to hiring managers on interview best practices.
  • Proactively address delays in hiring cycles with actionable solutions.
  • Continuously improve TA processes and candidate experience.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a track record of closing vacancies across multiple functions.
  • Experience hiring for rare and senior-level positions.
  • Experience in soft skill evaluation and structured interviewing.
  • Strong background in executive search and multichannel sourcing.
  • Proven ability to consult and advise hiring managers as a true partner.
  • Experience in international recruitment is a plus.
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
