We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about shaping business success through strategic hiring. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to senior-level roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business context
- Source candidates creatively using referrals, job boards, and networking
- Maintain a proactive pipeline and manage 8+ requisitions simultaneously
- Contribute to employer branding, university programs, and referral initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics for strategic analysis

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies.
- Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success)
- Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.
