The Role
Job Description
Responsible of Attract, the best employees for Hispanics BU. The focus will be on talent acquisition, employee assessment, bring the right people for the right roles and looking for new ways to search candidates, as head hunting, Be the first point of contact for RPO's. And be the responsible for the process from the beginning to the end.
Create a robust strategy of employer branding for Hispanics BU. Also create alliances with study centers or government entities, in order to enhance our company visibility.
Activities:
1. Ensure and execute a robust Talent Acquisition process: ensure with HRBP that Job Descriptions are accurate and up to date, full position opening management in Workday, interview process, coordination with HRBPs, ensure diversity and propose creative ways to attract talent into the organization.
2. Be the responsible of the end to end recruiting process, and ensure the Service Level Agreement (search candidate, people interviews, manager interviews, business cases applications).
3. Responsible to create and maintain the TA Dashboard, with the tracking of the positions. Also maintain the communication with the line manager of the position open about the process.
4. Be in charge of managing the RPO's, since the intake meeting, the short list, schedule interviews, maintain diversity, and all related.
5. Assure to track and analyze the talent acquisition & On boarding KPI's, in order to provide inputs to the business and to close gaps.
6. Be the responsible of the recruitment of early programs waves, such as Internz &Trainees.
7. Be the responsible to give visibility into internal vacancy positions through the company and taking advantage of the individual Talent Development Plan.
8. Lead the Talent Acquisition, strategy by developing relationships with study centers or government entities, to attract talent.
9. Responsible for the execution of strategy for diversity and inclusion across the BU for TA- ensuring diversity and inclusion throughout all talent processes/practices.
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas.
3+ years of experience working in talent acquisitions process. Desirable knowledge on Employer Branding Management.
Desirable experience in Consumer Goods
Advanced English Level (B2+) Part of the interview will be in English.
Capability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously: a bias for action, reliable, excellent presentation & data analysis skills
Confident in bringing new ideas
Comfortable communicating with all levels
Skilled in dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential issues and situations
Work as a team is a must.
