3+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting role
Expertise in sourcing candidates across various platforms
Strong experience using Workday for applicant tracking and recruiting processes (Workday experience is a must)
Proficiency in Gmail and Google Suite
Experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical, data, and sales roles
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to align hiring needs
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously

For this hourly role, the pay range is $30-34/hour based on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do
Source and attract top talent for technical and sales positions through various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from screening to offer stage
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide hiring recommendations, and support new hire onboarding
Leverage Workday and CRM tools to track applicants and maintain candidate pipelines
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience, providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process
Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and hiring manager satisfaction, to optimize hiring strategies
Support employer brand and reputation management by responding to reviews on platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed in partnership with Recruiting and Communications leadership
Time-to-fill metrics: Reducing hiring timelines and improving efficiency
Hiring manager satisfaction: Ensuring hiring partners feel supported and aligned with recruitment efforts
Candidate experience ratings: Maintaining a positive and professional hiring experience for all applicants
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a strong talent pipeline, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting Custom Ink’s growth by bringing in top talent efficiently. Your expertise in technical, data, and sales hiring, sourcing strategies, and recruiting tools will help drive a best-in-class hiring process.
