The Role

NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain.

Our main objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.

We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group

On this occasion, we offer a temporary contract of Talent Acquistion specialist to help us create the IT teams, grow NN Digital Hub and work in an international environment.

Purpose of the job

To identify, attract, and select the best candidates for job openings. This involves understanding the company’s needs and culture, using various strategies to attract talent, and conducting interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements. The TA specialist also facilitate communication between candidates and the company and play a key role in building effective teams and strengthening the company’s culture together with the HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment process for IT profiles - including the full cycle: reviewing the profile with the manager and HRBP against market availability and budget, posting the job offer, screening, and recruiting the best talent possible within a range of budget agreed with HRBP.

  • Design, write and publish job offers in all the interesting job portals following corporate guidelines as well as direct search (Linkedin)

  • Review, assess and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.

  • Coordinate and attend candidate meetings and interviews

  • Make offers to candidates and close the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with the HRBP and managers and align with international stakeholders

  • The position reports to HRBP

Who you are
  • Experience in managing recruitment process for IT profiles

  • Experience with Workday tool (Recruiting module)

  • Fluent in English (B2-C1)

  • Strong in understanding people against expected qualifications and motivations,

  • Strong advisor to the HRBP and business, also if that means holding a different view than them,

  • Practical mindset to ensure good experience for the candidates and the business.

  • Responsible, structured, well-organised
