Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience Level: 5-8 Years
Role: Contractual for 6 months

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process and help build a skilled and diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying top talent, managing the end-to-end hiring cycle, and driving innovative strategies to attract candidates who align with our company’s values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various roles.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, ensuring alignment with job qualifications and company culture.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a top employer in the industry.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and create reports to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs through networking and proactive engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment practices, and market insights to enhance hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
     

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in recruitment tools or HR practices (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment for 5-8 years, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in leveraging hiring data to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and hiring challenges.
  • Passionate about building teams and fostering a collaborative hiring environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
