The Talent Acquisition Specialist drives end-to-end recruitment to meet hiring targets and uphold quality standards. This role enhances processes through workflow reviews and efficiency improvements, builds strong partnerships to align hiring with dynamic business needs, and supports team development by mentoring and upskilling colleagues across Talent Acquisition


RequirementsFunctional Responsibilities
  • Partner with Operations to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  • Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, stakeholder approvals, and pre-boarding.
  • Represent the company at approved recruitment events.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives and location-based projects.
  • Prepare recruitment reports to support strategy development.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture, L&D, and Operations to improve hire quality and retention.
  • Maintain and update the ATS.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality recruitment deliverables.
  • Recommend process improvements aligned with business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train Specialists, Associates, and Interns.
  • Act as point of contact in TA Team Leader’s absence.
Technical Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment principles, and best practices.
  • Skilled in profile screening and behavioral interviews.
  • Familiarity with IT/Tech talent and gaming operations.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs).
Behavioral Competencies
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Self-motivated with strong task ownership.
  • Builds effective relationships through interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and influence in recruitment outcomes.
  • Skilled in negotiation and persuasion for candidate engagement.
Minimum Requirements
  • BS in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in technical/IT roles.
  • Regional or global recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Ideally, based in Pune to accommodate 1-2 days of onsite work
