- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Proactively source passive talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks.
- Drive and manage campus recruitment process, including university outreach and planning.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage with candidates, conduct initial screenings, and assess fit for the role and company culture.
- Manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stay ahead of market trends and apply innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and promote the company’s culture and values.
You'll need to have
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, ideally within Professional services, consulting, life sciences, or analytics domains.
- Proven success in direct sourcing, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
- Experience leading or supporting campus recruitment efforts and building early talent pipelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering an inclusive and engaging candidate experience.
- Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
- Recruitment certifications or training in sourcing methodologies is a plus.
