What You'll Do
- Lead and Oversee Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive and manage all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft targeted recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Leverage Sourcing and Marketing Expertise: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Maintain a Robust Talent Pipeline: Develop and nurture a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Manage the evaluation process, including resume screening, initial assessments, and interviews, to identify top candidates efficiently.
- Optimize the Candidate Experience: Design and implement seamless, end-to-end hiring processes that create a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
- Promote Employer Brand: Enhance employer visibility by showcasing Picus’s value proposition across career sites, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels, targeting diverse talent at all levels.
- Develop Effective Job Descriptions: Partner with the People & Culture Team and hiring managers to craft clear, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions and postings.
- Champion Picus’s Mission and Culture: Communicate the organization’s mission, vision, and values to inspire and attract candidates who align with the company’s culture.
- Stay Ahead of Talent Trends: Conduct ongoing research into talent acquisition trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Represent the Organization: Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting opportunities to expand the company’s reach and attract top talent and support our diversity objectives
What You Have
- Strong Talent Acquisition Experience: Proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally within an in-house recruitment team environment.
- Technical Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated success in technical recruitment, particularly within the IT sector within a start up/scale up environment.
- Bilingual Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- Emotional Intelligence and Cultural Alignment: High emotional intelligence and the ability to foster strong relationships, aligned with a culture-driven approach to success.
- Career Development Advocacy: Genuine passion for supporting individuals in growing their careers and achieving their potential.
