What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes across global hiring needs.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain up-to-date applicant tracking throughout the process.
- Lead proactive sourcing initiatives using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct competency-based interviews in English while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with HR-Resource Allocation and People Operation teams to ensure seamless alignment between hiring needs, recruitment delivery and onboarding readiness.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical and support roles.
- Monitor and keep record of recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical IT recruitment,
- Proven experience in global hiring,
- Fluent English (written and spoken),
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change,
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and well-organized,
- Experience using Workday or similar ATS systems is a plus.
