What you will do:

  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales, Support, Finance, Engineering and other teams
  • Regularly consult with hiring managers to discover position requirements and specific job objectives
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites, and various job boards
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media sites (LinkedIn, Built in CO, etc.), networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals
  • Evaluate and screen resumes using recruiting tools as required to assess candidates’ skills
  • Assist in the candidate screening process by coordinating phone, and/or in-person interviews
  • Conduct screening interviews to obtain required information on work history, job skills, training and education, and inform candidates of the duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions
  • Act as the main contact for applicants, candidates, and new employees, preparing them for onboarding sessions
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews, candidates and new hires
  • Attend job fairs and careers events as necessary to find and connect best talent
  • Assist in coordinating recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
  • Select candidates, confirm their qualifications, and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate
  • Schedule onboarding sessions

What you bring to this role:

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in an HR or Recruiting Coordinator role
  • Previous work experience in the software industry (SaaS), research, operations, customer service, information technology, administration or other related jobs is a plus
  • Previous experience with ATS systems; familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable assisting and coaching hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • At your best in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Alchemer
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels including C-Suite

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $70,000 to $80,000, eligibility for an annual bonus, and the Employee Participation Program.
