Responsibilities
- Contribute the rapid growth of Exotec North America by supporting full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for engineering and corporate roles
- Uphold a recruitment process that is both qualitative and time-sensitive, inclusive of screening direct applications, sourcing qualified passive talent, conducting interviews, scheduling assessments, negotiating offers, etc.
- Ensure the regular upkeep and maintenance of jobs and candidates through or Applicant Tracking System (Workable)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify target hiring profiles and set qualification criteria
- Update job postings as appropriate
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events, particularly at local university campuses
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- 3-5 years of full-cycle and high-volume recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth start-up or scale-up setting
- Experience recruiting tech and engineering profiles highly preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and how to use it as a tool for keeping all hiring team members up-to-date
- Excellent prioritization, organization and time management skills with the ability to successfully juggle multiple requisitions and demands at once
- Highly "customer" service oriented - You can build rapport as a trusted business partner with internal hiring stakeholders and provide a positive Exotec experience for all candidates
- Strong storytelling and persuasion skills - You enjoy being an "ExoAmbassador" and champion of the Exotec story, vision and employer brand
- Ease and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment
- Any exposure to or knowledge of the supply chain, logistics, industrial automation, warehouse robotics, materials handling, etc. spaces would be advantageous
