About the opportunity:

At Northspyre, we're scaling rapidly and need an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our go-to-market hiring. This role will begin as a 4-month contract with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance.

We believe that great talent drives exceptional results, and we're looking for a strategic, high-energy recruiter who understands the SaaS landscape and can build our revenue teams while raising the bar with every hire.

In this role you get to:

  • Partner closely with our leadership team to understand business objectives, anticipate hiring needs, and develop winning talent strategies
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, and customer success roles - from crafting compelling job descriptions to closing top performers
  • Challenge hiring managers' thinking and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring decisions and processes
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, maintaining relationships with passive candidates in the GTM space
  • Create and share compelling narratives about our business opportunity to excite candidates about Northspyre's mission
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to continuously optimize our hiring process and improve outcomes
  • Design inclusive interview processes that identify top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience

We are looking for people who have:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience with significant focus on GTM roles in B2B SaaS companies
  • Track record of consistently closing competitive candidates in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships and quickly earn trust with hiring managers and candidates
  • Self-starter mentality - you identify and solve problems before they're flagged
  • Strategic mindset that balances quick wins with long-term pipeline development
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to understand SaaS GTM strategies and metrics
  • History of exceeding targets through creative solutions and persistence
  • Resilient attitude that thrives on challenges and maintains high energy through ups and downs
  • Clear and compelling communication style, particularly when explaining complex situations
  • Consultative approach with the confidence to push back and guide hiring managers when needed

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience hiring for early-stage SaaS startups
  • Greenhouse experience
  • Strong network in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Experience hiring across multiple GTM functions (SDR, AE, CS, Marketing) in SaaS

Contract Details:

  • Initial 4-month contract
  • Potential for conversion to full-time role based on performance and mutual fit
  • Competitive hourly rate
