Collaborates with country-based stakeholders to proactively identify, engage, and onboard high-caliber talent for diverse positions across
multiple geographic areas. Implements strategic sourcing, rigorous screening, and effective selection processes to develop and maintain a
robust talent pipeline. Responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation,
with a strong commitment to delivering a positive and professional candidate experience.
Responsibilities & Duties
Safety & Compliance Duties
Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with the company’s HSE policy, management system, relevant laws, regulations, standards, industry practices, and complies with the ADES WAY, rules to live by.
Places Safety as a true north, while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.
Will ensure that safety protocols are always adhered to.
Role Duties
Talent Sourcing and Selection:
Utilizes various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
Stays updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance sourcing and selection processes.
Screens resume, conduct interviews, and assess candidate skills and experience to determine if they possess the necessary qualifications
to perform the job effectively.
Evaluates candidates' potential and cultural fit to identify the best match for the role.
Facilitates the efficient delivery of job offers, managing rig crew offers and partnering with Payroll for other positions.
Proactively follows up with candidates to secure timely offer acceptance and minimize delays.
Provides candidates hiring documents and requirements and verifies system uploads prior to People Operations onboarding after offer
acceptance.
Candidate Experience:
Provides a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicates effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged to enhance the company's employer brand and improve
the overall recruitment process.
Recruitment coordination and Process Management:
Maintains accurate records in Oracle or internal recruitment database and ensures all data is up to date.
Generates reports and metrics related to recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
Collaboration and Communication:
Establishes and maintains a regular communication channel with hiring managers, providing timely responses to all inquiries and requests
by established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Works closely with the P&O team, hiring managers, and other departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
Manages the communication with the manpower providers and recruitment agencies for contingent working hirings.
Performance Optimization:
Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to identify innovative solutions and improve processes.
Analyzes recruitment processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implements changes to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.
Conduct market research to understand salary trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry demands.
Compliance and policy Adherence:
Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal hiring policies, data privacy laws, and local labor regulations.
Adheres to company policies and procedures related to recruitment, job posting, and hiring.
Education & Experience
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Skills Required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
