Processes and validates vendor invoices, codes transactions, matches invoices with purchase orders and receipts, manages payment runs, reconciles accounts payable ledgers, maintains payment records, prepares reports, supports month-end and year-end close, and assists with audits. The role requires strong accuracy, communication, teamwork, AP process knowledge, and experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle.

Supervises offshore drilling crews and operates drilling equipment to safely execute drilling and workover programs. Monitors drilling parameters, mud properties, well conditions, and equipment performance; responds to kicks, stuck pipe, pressure fluctuations, and other well-control situations. Oversees BOP installation and testing, maintenance, inspections, rig moves, housekeeping, safety compliance, reporting, and crew development. Coordinates with toolpushers, OIMs, clients, engineers, maintenance personnel, and third-party contractors.

Oversee catering, accommodation, cafeteria operations, service providers, inventories, audits, budgets, and administrative expenses across company rigs and residences. Ensure service quality, cost efficiency, contract compliance, safety standards, accurate invoicing, expense settlement, and timely reporting. Coordinate with Supply Chain, vendors, camp teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain safe, comfortable living and working environments.

Supervises drilling crews and manages onshore drilling and workover operations. Operates drilling controls, monitors drilling parameters, manages well control activities, troubleshoots downhole problems, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Oversees equipment maintenance, rig moves, mud activities, reporting, housekeeping, and third-party operations. Trains and develops crew members while coordinating with tool pushers, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and maintenance personnel.

Supports contract administration for commercial agreements, including tender reviews, bid evaluations, contract execution, amendments, extensions, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and post-submission clarifications. Coordinates with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations to secure approvals, track obligations, maintain records, resolve issues, and mitigate contractual risks. The role requires a petroleum engineering degree and 5–8 years of contract administration experience, preferably in oil and gas or drilling.

Sources, screens, interviews, and selects candidates across multiple geographic areas. Manages recruitment from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding documentation, while maintaining candidate engagement and accurate records in Oracle. Partners with hiring managers, People Operations, payroll, manpower providers, and recruitment agencies. Tracks recruitment metrics, conducts market research, ensures compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations, and improves sourcing and selection processes.

Coordinates employee training programs, including scheduling, enrollment, attendance, completion records, certifications, competency assessments, compliance tracking, recertification, documentation, reporting, and vendor coordination. Maintains accurate LMS, TMS, and HRIS data, identifies skill gaps, supports trainers and stakeholders, and recommends process improvements to enhance training effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Executes internal audit procedures, tests controls, evaluates risks and operational processes, analyzes data, documents findings, prepares audit reports, and tracks corrective actions. The role supports risk assessments, compliance reviews, control improvements, stakeholder reporting, and senior auditors while staying current with audit standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Leads electrical engineering activities for drilling rig projects, including design, PLC-based automation, power distribution, controls, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and compliance. Manages project scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, contractors, inspections, quality processes, and safety-critical systems. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, customers, and drilling personnel while directing and mentoring electrical and commissioning teams.

Designs, configures, and customizes Oracle HCM applications across Oracle EBS and Fusion. Leads implementation projects, gathers requirements, develops functional and technical solutions, conducts testing, troubleshoots issues, trains users, mentors team members, and collaborates with project stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Tracks purchase orders from issuance through closeout, communicates vendor expectations, monitors schedules and deliverables, coordinates shipments, resolves delays, verifies invoices and receipts, maintains vendor status records, and prepares weekly critical-item reports. The role collaborates with procurement, operations, buyers, and logistics teams while supporting process improvements and maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Supervises offshore marine operations, including rig moves, stability and ballast control, lifting and cargo activities, emergency response, helicopter operations, inspections, certifications, and maintenance of marine and safety equipment. Coordinates with drilling and maintenance teams, ensures regulatory and class compliance, manages records, leads safety practices, and develops deck crew through training, mentoring, and performance management.

Provides end-to-end People Operations support across multiple countries, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, mobilization, rotations, employee relations, performance processes, HR data management, reporting, and workforce planning. Maintains accurate employee records and HRIS data, supports policy and compliance requirements, coordinates training and engagement initiatives, responds to employee and manager queries, and improves HR workflows, dashboards, and service levels.
