The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives across the United States. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting across a variety of functions and levels while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for open positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
Provide market insights and recruiting guidance to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver a consultative, customer-focused recruitment experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple functions and levels within a corporate environment.
Ability to work from the office five days per week (Monday through Friday) onsite at our Midtown location.
Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor markets, recruiting trends, and employment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to source passive and active candidates using a variety of recruiting channels and creative sourcing techniques.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires and exceptional service to hiring managers and candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for technology, corporate, sales, or operational roles.
Experience supporting multi-site or national recruiting efforts.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition-related certifications are a plus.
