We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in St. Louis whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee’s strengths:

- Post open positions and review applications.

- Conduct phone screens of candidates and bring feedback to talent acquisition team.

- Help develop strategies to create talent pipelines for future needs.

- Work with employee experience team to help build and sustain an awesome culture for CTI

- General office duties

- Other tasks as assigned

Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

-Customer service experience.
