Purpose  

The recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards and employee referrals.

Functions

  • Utilize job boards, applicant tracking system and other resources to proactively source exempt and non-exempt
    roles
  • Partner with assigned hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives while providing superior client service
  • Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet requirements of open roles and have an in-depth understanding of associated duties and responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and support hiring managers/candidates through the application
    process
  • Ensure all required documentation/data is recorded in the applicant tracking system in a timely, accurate manner
  • Manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelines
  • Assist with administering recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate
    experiences
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field, plus three to five years’ experience as Recruiter required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing an
    exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong candidate generation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment is
    preferred

Working Conditions

This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows. 

  • Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place
  • Work surface is stable (flat)
