Role Overview:  

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports high-volume and professional recruiting efforts by sourcing, attracting, and progressing candidates through the hiring process. This role is responsible for managing job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. While heavily focused on operations recruiting, this position also supports broader organizational hiring needs and recruitment initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for operations and corporate roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support 

  • Manage and maintain job postings across multiple platforms (e.g., Indeed, job boards, internal postings) to ensure visibility and candidate flow 

  • Conduct phone screenings and administer candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and role fit 

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers in a high-volume environment 

  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruiting strategies 

  • Track and manage candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and timely documentation 

  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings in alignment with company standards 

  • Support recruiting events such as job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives 

  • Monitor recruiting metrics (e.g., applicant flow, conversion rates) to identify opportunities for process improvement 

  • Assist with continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience initiatives 

Key Skills & Qualifications  

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources (high-volume/operations recruiting experience preferred) 

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools (e.g., Indeed, job boards, sourcing platforms) 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering a positive candidate and employee experience 

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines 

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through 

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment 

 

Hours Required:

8:30 am – 5:00 pm – Extra hours with possible weekends when required.
