Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Representative plays a vital role in the recruitment process of an organization. This position involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. The representative works closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify the best candidates. They also engage in building candidate pipelines, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities: Recruitment • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent • Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit • Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process • Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process Employer Branding • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent • Create and promote job postings on various platforms to increase visibility and reach • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to showcase company culture and values • Attend job fairs and networking events to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates Talent Management • Maintain a talent pipeline and proactively reach out to potential candidates for future positions • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes Relationship Management • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards • Partner with universities and other educational institutions to attract and recruit top graduates • Foster relationships with current employees to encourage employee referrals • Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive image of the company to potential candidates Compliance • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring processes • Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility for new hires • Stay informed of changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities. Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers effectively. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. • Good interpersonal abilities to build relationships with both candidates and internal team members. • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS), as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to pay close attention to the details of job descriptions and candidate qualifications. • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of recruitment or related experience
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal abilities and ability to work collaboratively
