The Account Development Manager will develop new business, manage existing accounts, drive sales growth, and implement strategic sales plans.

Manage end-to-end supply planning by issuing purchase orders, coordinating suppliers, developing production schedules, optimizing inventory, monitoring supplier and production performance, resolving disruptions, and supporting continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery and material availability.

Lead strategy for Measurement & Control Solutions (MCS), overseeing long-range planning, portfolio and growth strategy, market and competitive intelligence, enterprise strategic initiatives, and a high-performing strategy team. Partner with Finance and enterprise functions to align capital allocation, define KPIs, and drive disciplined execution of digital, sensing, analytics, and software-enabled value creation across global operations.

Coordinate sales literature, digital assets, and promotional items; maintain marketing materials and Bynder assets; support digital marketing (social, Marketo), events, tradeshows, plant photography/videography, and ensure content accessibility.

Lead and improve order entry and commercial processes for project-based sales. Partner across sales, finance, operations and customer service to reduce errors, improve data quality, maintain process documentation, support CRM/ERP tools, and drive consistent commercial execution from proposal through order fulfillment.

Own and grow strategic partnerships for Xylem Vue by identifying new partners, managing partner pipelines, aligning go-to-market efforts, delivering product demos, and ensuring commercial and technical success across sales, product, and engineering teams.

Manage and enhance tax systems and integrations (OneSource, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Pagero, CERTify). Provide day-to-day support, lead solution design, translate business needs to technical solutions, execute testing, troubleshoot integrations, drive user adoption, and support global implementations while partnering with Tax, Finance, IT, and stakeholders to improve processes and data integrity.

Design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using .NET and VB.NET. Lead architecture and development initiatives, mentor developers, troubleshoot complex application and database issues, integrate systems, and ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions while collaborating with stakeholders.

Provide administrative support to Project Managers including data gathering, report generation, schedule and SAP updates, meeting notes and action tracking, project filing, transmittals, purchase requisitions, PO tracking, and assistance with project closeout.

Lead operational readiness for the PipeDiver product line by developing SOPs, training, maintenance processes, and technical standards. Support field projects, troubleshoot equipment, transition new products to operations, and collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Lead global execution of 80/20 commercial-excellence initiatives: portfolio simplification, pricing and margin recovery, go-to-market redesign, and operating-model change. Build business cases, own KPIs and financial tracking, run governance and decision forums, and drive stakeholder alignment and change to deliver measured P&L impact across markets.

Oversee analysts and technicians to ensure production standards, coordinate daily production activities, manage inventory and supplies, enforce safety and compliance, conduct audits and inspections, mentor junior staff, monitor performance metrics, address nonconformance, and implement production improvements.

Lead analysis and implementation of process improvements across commercial transactional processes (order management, inside sales, service). Drive CI implementation, training, workshops, automation, KPI reporting, and cross-functional change to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Lead the Salesforce architecture strategy, oversee complex solutions across multiple business segments, and provide leadership to technical teams while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

The Operations & Events Coordinator manages and executes strategic events and programs, ensuring high-quality experiences while supporting operational excellence within the team.

The Invoice-to-Pay Analyst resolves invoice discrepancies, manages AP aging items, improves processes, and supports financial operations and audits.

The CI Lead supports resin regeneration plants, focusing on improvement projects, data analysis, training, and change management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Perform site surveys to scope municipal/industrial pump and infrastructure work, produce compliant site-specific quotations, liaise with procurement, technical teams and customers, transfer approved quotes to Service team, maintain records in Salesforce, and meet commercial and KPI targets.

Serve as the facilitys front-line receptionist and administrative support for site operations, shipping, purchase orders, events, communications, and facilities coordination in a manufacturing environment. Manage visitor logistics, office supplies, mail and documentation, PO creation, and support site engagement and compliance tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Design and size wastewater/process systems, prepare proposals and costing for medium-to-large systems. Develop PFDs, P&IDs, plant layouts, select materials and electromechanical equipment, prepare operations/control philosophy, review bid specs and drawings, support multiple projects, and liaise with international teams using Autodesk and MS Office tools.
