We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team and support hiring efforts across a range of functions. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent while delivering a positive and seamless candidate experience. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs, build strong talent pipelines, and drive effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial candidate interview to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and alignment with Broadridge’s culture and role requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates across various functions.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, candidate status, and market insights.
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team goals.
Support the execution of recruitment initiatives aimed at improving candidate experience, strengthening employer branding, and increasing engagement with prospective talent.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
