We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team and support hiring efforts across a range of functions. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent while delivering a positive and seamless candidate experience. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs, build strong talent pipelines, and drive effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events.

  • Conduct initial candidate interview to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and alignment with Broadridge’s culture and role requirements.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates across various functions.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.

  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, candidate status, and market insights.

  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

  • Partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team goals.

  • Support the execution of recruitment initiatives aimed at improving candidate experience, strengthening employer branding, and increasing engagement with prospective talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
