Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
o Manage the full recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
o Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
o Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
o Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and potential.
2. Sourcing Candidate:
o Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract passive candidates. o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
o Leverage LinkedIn, industry-specific job boards, and other tools to find potential candidates.
3. Candidate Management:
o Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
o Maintain communication with candidates, providing feedback and ensuring engagement.
o Negotiate job offers, manage salary expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding into the organization.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
o Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications, team dynamics, and overall recruitment strategies.
o Advise managers on interviewing best practices, job market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
o Organize and lead interview panels, providing insights on candidate performance.
5. Employer Branding:
o Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting a positive company culture.
o Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to enhance the company’s presence in the talent market
6. Compliance & Record-Keeping:
o Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
o Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring processes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements:
1. Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience:
o 4-6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in [industry, e.g., tech, healthcare tech]. 3. Recruitment & Sourcing Expertise:
o Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
o Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
o Ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
4. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
o Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
o Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
5. Candidate Assessment & Management:
o Expertise in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to ensure the best cultural and technical fit.
o Ability to create a positive candidate experience, driving engagement and retention.
o Strong negotiation and influencing skills to ensure smooth hiring processes
6. Data-Driven Recruitment:
o Experience with recruitment analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting.
o Ability to use data insights to refine sourcing and hiring strategies.
7. Work Environment & Adaptability:
o Results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
o Ability to handle multiple requisitions and work efficiently under deadlines.
